The more one hears about the effect that pollution and global warming is having on the wild life the more impelled we all should be to try and make a difference. Via my work I am raising awareness and funds for the wonderful and comprehensive work the Global Penguins Society undertakes.
The Global Penguin Society (GPS) is the first and only international organization dedicated exclusively to the conservation of the world’s 18 penguin species and their habitats.
The GPS take a very broad approach to the conservation of penguins. By understanding the scientific aspects of the biology and ecology of penguins guides conservation actions. By education and empowering local communities and working closely with government , community officials and landowners to create effective conservation polices benefiting not only the penguins but their entire local ecosystem and nearby communities.
